WORKING URL Black and White Paper Garland Birthday Party
This black and white garland is made from hand punched cardstock which has been machine sewn with white thread. I have left plenty of extra thread on each end to assist in hanging the garland, but you can always snip it off and hang with tape or thumb tacks, or just drape across a table, furniture, fence, etc. It would also look great cut into lengths and hung from the ceiling!
